Progam Mission

The Imagine Golf Emerging Leaders Program

is designed to equip college students with essential leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Through hands-on experience and professional development, interns will gain valuable insights into the world of golf and build a strong foundation for their future careers. The program aims to foster a sense of responsibility, confidence, and excellence in all participants, preparing them to be future leaders both on and off the golf course.

Job Overview

Position Title: Imagine Golf Emerging Leader


  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: Summer Program (8-10 weeks)
  • Compensation: $500 per week (plus bonus program), with an expectation of a 20-hour workweek
  • Program Overview: The Imagine Golf Leadership Program is a summer internship designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in leadership, communication, and presentation skills within the context of the golf industry. Interns will engage with Imagine Golf students, conduct interviews, and present the philosophy and vision of Imagine Golf.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outreach and schedule calls with Imagine Golf students.
  • Use a provided script to introduce yourself and ask questions about the students' experiences.
  • Share information about Imagine Golf’s philosophy and vision.
  • Conduct and record Zoom calls, ensuring professional and engaging interactions.
  • Follow a structured training program independently and complete assigned tasks and homework.
  • Participate in role-playing exercises and practice sessions to refine presentation skills.
  • Utilize CRM and tracking systems to log call data and feedback.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet program expectations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
